As this wiki doesn't have one, I've created and uploaded a draft logo. I'm certain it can be improved, so constructive feedback is welcomed. Just let me know on my talk page. The concept behind it should be obvious: saving money at both brick & mortar and online retailers. It might need to be resized.

Price Comparison and Bargain Hunter resources wanted? Edit

I'm not completely clear on what the scope of this wiki is, but if there's interest in the topic I could start a writeup for Price Comparison Engines (online/mobile) and Deal sites that feature coupons, rebates, and any money saving deals on products. There are also some services starting to do this sort of thing for brick and mortar store coupons as well. -- 04:53, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

That sounds a great idea. This wiki is still fairly new, so it's open to suggestions for new types of content. Angela 07:18, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
However, I'd suggest creating an account if you're going to make substantial contributions. Your IP address can change, and if you do not have an account when that happens then:
  • It will be hard for us to contact you.
  • We can't give you credit for your previous edits.
  • You can't tell us anything about yourself.
Creating an account is quick, easy, free and does not require any information other than a username and password. Seahen 16:02, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

Wikia BlogsEdit

This wiki is included in our new Wikia Blogs feature. To get involved, just add snippets of this wiki's best articles to MediaWiki:Blog snippet each day and that content will appear on the Wikia Finance Blog. Please see Wiki to blog for an introduction and Wikia Blogs for a list of wikis involved in this. Angela talk 14:19, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi, I think this wiki is great and that it could become even greater. Imagine you want to buy some furniture (or a house or a car, or a T-shirt, or anything). Of course, you would like to get the cheapest one satisfying your criteria. But maybe you also would like it to be fair-trade, ecological and good quality. This site could notably have articles describing companies and items, from a consumer point of view and include information about how ethically an item is made and the ethics of a company.
